On July 4, despite the intense heat of summer, Vice President of China Li Yuanchao visited Levima Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. (Levima Advanced Materials for short), accompanied by Wang Wentao, Deputy Secretary of CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and Li Tongdao, Secretary of CPC Zaozhuang Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor of Zaozhuang.

At 15h30, President & CEO of Levima Advanced Materials Deng Yueming warmly welcomed the Vice President and accompanied Li on the whole trip while presenting our DMTO, PP, EVA, EO and EOD units.

Afterwards, Li Yuanchao came to the central control station and listened attentively to the report on the development process, production & operation results, future strategic planning, and transition & integration of advanced materials industrial base from Zheng Yueming, president of Levima Group.

At the time of being briefed, Mr. Li asked questions with great interest about the sources of technology, product characteristics, equipment standard and market situation etc. He fully affirmed the arrangement of Levima in the field of advanced materials and paid close attention to the technological innovation status of Levima. According to Li Yuanchao, the practices of Levima has an exemplary significance.

The Vice President pointed out that the arrangement of Legend Holdings in the industry of advanced materials is of great significance. He commented favorably on the enterprising cooperation model between Levima Advanced Materials, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Sciences Holdings. In the meantime, Li fully affirmed the practices and achievements of Levima. “New technologies, new products, new equipment and new ideas. It’s rare to see such a supreme company in Tengzhou, Zaozhuang,” as he mentioned.
