郑月明 \ ZHENG YUEMING Mr. Zheng Yueming, born in April 1967, joined Legend Holdings in May 2010. He started from scratch to establish Levima Group and its core team, organized the formulation of the mid-term strategy for the advanced materials segment, and led its full implementation.

After joining Legend Holdings, Mr. Zheng served as Investment Director of the Strategic Investment Department, General Manager of the Chemical Business Unit, Assistant President, and Vice President of Legend Holdings. He is currently the Chairman of Levima Group, Chairman and President of Levima Advanced Materials Corporation, and Chairman of the Executive Committee.

Before joining Legend Holdings, Mr. Zheng held senior management positions in production, technology, operations, and strategy at several large refining and chemical companies, where he also served as an executive and company leader.

Mr. Zheng holds a master's degree in Chemical Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology. He is a representative of the 13th and 14th National People’s Congress, a member of the Executive Committee of the 13th All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and the Vice Chairman of the 14th Shandong Federation of Industry and Commerce. He has been honored as a "National Outstanding Entrepreneur", "2016 China Trendsetter", "2019 Most Influential Figure in China's Petroleum and Chemical Industry", "Outstanding Contributor to Socialism with Chinese Characteristics by Private Sector Representatives in Shandong Province", and "Outstanding Entrepreneur of Shandong Province". He currently serves as a director of the China Enterprise Confederation and the China Entrepreneurs Association, Deputy Director of the Advanced Materials Committee of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, and Executive Director of the China Cleaning Industry Association.

蔡文权 \ CAI WENQUAN Mr. Cai Wenquan, born in November 1976, joined Legend Holdings in June 2006. He has held several roles at Legend Holdings, including Investment Manager in the Strategic Investment Department, Senior Investment Manager in the Chemical Business Unit, Assistant to the President, Assistant President, and Vice President of Levima Group, as well as Vice President and Senior Vice President of Levima Advanced Materials Corporation. He is currently the Executive Vice President, CFO, and Board Secretary of Levima Advanced Materials Corporation, and a member of the Executive Committee.

Before joining Legend Holdings, Mr. Cai worked in corporate management at a central state-owned enterprise.

Mr.Cai holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tsinghua University.

解亚平 \ XIE YAPING Mr. Xie Yaping, born in January 1969, joined Levima in December 2010. He has held several positions, including Deputy General Manager at Shenda Chemicals and Haoda Chemicals, Assistant to the President and General Manager of the Technology Development Department at Levima Advanced Materials Corporation, Deputy General Manager of the Tengzhou Cornerstone Manufacturing Campus, Assistant President, Vice President and General Manager of the Production Management Center, and Senior Vice President of Levima Advanced Materials Corporation. He is currently the Executive Vice President of Levima Advanced Materials Corporation, Director of the Tengzhou Management Committee, a member of the Executive Committee, and General Manager of Levima Green (Shandong) Advanced Materials Co., Ltd.

Before joining Levima, Mr. Xie served as Deputy Director of the Catalytic Workshop at Sinopec Jingmen Petrochemical Plant and Senior Supervisor of the Production Technology Department at Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical Co., Ltd.

Mr. Xie holds a bachelor's degree in Petroleum Processing from East China University of Science and Technology and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from China Europe International Business School.

赵海力 \ ZHAO HAILI Mr. Zhao Haili, born in August 1970, joined Legend Holdings in August 2011. He has held several roles, including Operations Manager of the Chemical Business Unit at Legend Holdings, Deputy General Manager at Shenda Chemicals and Haoda Chemicals, General Manager of the Operations Management Department at Levima Group, Assistant President and General Manager of the Operations Management Department, and Vice President and Senior Vice President of Levima Advanced Materials Corporation. He is currently the Senior Vice President and COO of Levima Advanced Materials Corporation, a member of the Executive Committee, and Chairman and General Manager of Levima Wison (Jiangsu) Advanced Materials Co., Ltd.

Before joining Legend Holdings, Mr. Zhao served as Director of the Equipment Engineering Department in the Pyrolysis Workshop of Chemical Plant One of Sinopec Yanshan Petrochemical Company and Deputy Director of the Mechanical Department of Sinopec Yanshan Petrochemical Company.

李 方 \ LI FANG Mr. Li Fang, born in September 1967, joined Legend Holdings in June 2011. He has served as Director of the Chemical Business Unit at Legend Holdings, Assistant President and Vice President of Levima Group, and President of the Levima Advanced Materials Research Institute, as well as Vice President and Senior Vice President of Levima Advanced Materials Corporation. He is currently the Senior Vice President and CTO of Levima Advanced Materials Corporation and a member of the Executive Committee.

Before joining Legend Holdings, Mr. Li was a Lecturer in the Chemistry Department at Shandong University, a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Chemistry Departments at Clarkson University and the City University of New York, a Research Scientist at Rhodia in the U.S., Chief Scientist in R&D at Clorox, and R&D Director for Asia Pacific at Dow Chemical.

Mr. Li holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry from the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

李军 \ LI JUN Mr. Li Jun, born in December 1969, joined Levima in July 2012. He has served as General Manager of Levima Chemical Commercial Company, Assistant President and Vice President of Levima Advanced Materials Corporation, Vice President of Levima Advanced Materials Corporation and Chairman of Levima Chemical Commercial Company.

Before joining Levima, Mr. Li served as Deputy General Manager of Xuzhou Highway Engineering Corporation, Deputy General Manager of Jiangsu Yanning Jinbang Technology Development Co., Ltd., General Manager of Jiangsu Coing Special Bitumen Co., Ltd., and General Manager of Zhenjiang Yangtze Highway Asphalt Co. Ltd.

Mr. Li holds a bachelor's degree in Transportation Engineering from Beijing University of Technology.

韩慧龙 \ HAN HUILONG Mr. Han Huilong, born in October 1979, joined Legend Holdings in October 2010. He has held several roles, including Investment Analyst in the Chemical Business Unit at Legend Holdings, Assistant General Manager and Deputy General Manager at Shenda Chemicals, Deputy General Manager at Haoda Chemicals, Deputy General Manager at Levima Chemical Commercial Company, Assistant President and Vice President of Levima Advanced Materials Corporation, and General Manager of the Specialty Chemicals Business Unit. He also served as Chairman and General Manager of Jiangsu Levima Technologies. He is currently the Senior Vice President of Levima Advanced Materials Corporation, Deputy Director of the Tengzhou Management Committee, a member of the Executive Committee, and Chairman of Levima (Jiangsu) Technologies Co., Ltd.

Before joining Legend Holdings, Mr. Han worked as a Technical Support and Development Engineer at Dow Chemical.

Mr. Han holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering and Technology from Tsinghua University.
